In today’s world keeping our balance can become more challenging and to be a human at this time means we have a lot on our plates whether we like it or not.
I practice being extra compassionate with myself and lean on all the tools in my toolbox to stay clear. Prioritizing the steady flow of energy + emotions moving through my body and staying grounded.. Even when it feels like a lot, I keep mining.
Tapping into what my spirit has to show me,
keeping an open heart,
and being on purpose.
I invite all who feel the call to relax and use the breath as a gateway to move emotions and open up more spaciousness within the body and mind.

Dress comfortably and find a quiet, comfortable, private space to do Breathwork undisturbed.
Eye pillows are not required but help to quiet the mind.
