It takes guts to be unapologetic about who we are, flaws and all. At some point in life, we hide parts of ourselves deemed unworthy. Maybe it was to please a parent, fit in amongst our peers, or to become what society/the media showcases as most desirable.
Human beings crave love, so we squeeze ourselves into little boxes, cover it in wrapping paper, and tie a bow on top. Only presenting a certain version of who we are. It took a long time for me to accept my flaws and idiosyncrasies. It is a process because until it doesn’t sting, there is room for healing.

A Zoom link will be sent 24 hours before via email. (Keep an eye on your Junk Folder just in case!)
Live attendance is not required. A recording will be sent within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
Dress comfortably and choose a quiet, comfortable space to do Breathwork undisturbed. Most people prefer their bed.
Please start to log on at least 5 minutes before start time to ensure we start on time!
A journal or pen + paper are not required but could be useful before or after the Breathwork portion.
