Breathwork, or Pranayama, has been around for thousands of years, used by many different cultures, and is a form of meditation where one uses their breath to cleanse the whole self: Body, Mind, and Spirit.
This approach to healing is simple and extremely powerful. We use the breath as a way to move energy and emotions in the body and experience release. Our bodies are capable of carrying a heavy load and Breathwork allows the breath to do the heavy lifting while giving our mind a much needed break.
Breathwork connects us with the highest frequency, the frequency of Love. Every breath calls us back to our truest self, while forging a new path from what’s been holding us back.
Breathwork opens your heart.
